MANDATORY USTA NorCal Participation Waiver:

As a condition of entry, participants (and if the player is under 18 years of age, their parent/legal guardian) must sign an online NorCal Participation Waiver. You only need to complete this Waiver once per year for all USTA NorCal tournaments, activities, events and/or information that are not yet on the calendar for 2024.

After completing the waiver form, we recommend saving the confirmation email or downloading the PDF attached to the confirmation email on your phone or save it in your tennis bag. You might be asked to present this before participating in any USTA event.
