How to Register on Court Reserve

Visit the Court Reserve Website or Download the App

Navigate to the Events Section

  • After logging in and joining HRT Academia de Tenis, navigate to the menu and select the Events or Programs tab.

  • Browse the available options, organized by date, age group, or skill level, and choose the program that best suits your interests.

Complete the Registration Form

  • Once you have selected the desired program.

  • Select the registrant(s) that will participate in (athlete/family member).

  • Select the dates/sessions.

  • Review your registration.

Confirm Registration

  • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email or notification.

  • Check the confirmation details to ensure everything is correct.

Log In or Create an Account

  • Click on "Sign Up" or "Create Account."

  • Search for your club: HRT Academia de Tenis.

  • If prompted, verify your email to complete the setup.

  • Fill in your personal information (name, email, phone number) and payment details (credit card information).

  • Add a free membership: Existing Players - Family.

  • Add Family Members (Athletes):

    • Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name in the top-right corner.

    • Select "My Family" from the menu.

    • Enter the details of each family member, ensuring they meet the age and skill requirements for the programs.

Select the Desired Program

  • Browse the available programs.

  • Click on the one you’re interested in to view the details, including:

    • Date and time.

    • Age group and skill level requirements.

    • Fees.

    • Location.

Payment

  • Review the registration.

  • Confirm the payment to finalize it.
